Get Ready for ChatGPT 4: 5 Essential Things You Need to Know

Published about 1 year ago • 1 min read

Hey -- It's Manny.

Here at the Bernabe Family we are getting geared up for Nowruz -- the Persian new year. It's a essentially a Spring welcoming celebration. Talking about new beginnings, let's jump into the big AI news from last week: ChatGPT4 has arrived!!

Last week OpenAI announced ChatGPT 4. Here are the top things you need to know in 90 seconds.

#1— ChatGPT 4 is a complete rebuild of the ChatGPT infrastructure. V4 is a meaningful stepwise upgrade over V3.5 (the most recent version).

#2 — ChatGPT 4 is way smarter.
Check out the vast improvement of 4 versus 3.5 on a human cognitive test like the bar exam, GRE Quantitative, GRE Verbal, and more. These are massive upgrades. What will we get with version 5?!

#3 — ChatGPT can see! 👀

ChatGPT is multi-modal. That means that, besides working with text, it can now interact with images.

Here is an example.

Input: Sketch of a website

Output: Working HTML code for the website. 🤯

Caveat: Image input functionally not yet available for public use. Coming soon.

#4 — ChatGPT gets a sense of humor 😂

Fairly soon, ChatGPT will be funnier than you’re an average comedian.

#5 — ChatGPT 4 is available via ChatGPT Plus ($20/month) — text input only for now. There is an API waitlist.

Are you excited (nervous?) about ChatGPT 4? V5?!

What questions/comments come to mind? Just hit the “reply” button.
